Made in Austria IndustriePANEL (2021–now)

Since 2023, I have been the creative lead for the Made in Austria IndustriePANEL: Zukunft Produktionsarbeit Österreich—an annual research initiative exploring the current state and future of industrial production in Austria. Conducted by the Institute of Management Science at TU Wien in collaboration with Fraunhofer Austria, FHWien der WKW, EIT Manufacturing East, and the Metaltechnology Industry Association (FMTI), the panel gathers insights from over 100 representatives of Austrian industrial companies.
My responsibilities include the development and ongoing refinement of the visual identity, encompassing all graphic design across digital and print formats. Each year, I ensure that complex themes such as digitalisation, the EU AI Act, circular economy, and evolving work models are communicated clearly and cohesively through strong visual storytelling. In addition to design, I am also the main event photographer for the annual IndustrieFORUM at TU Wien, capturing keynote speakers, discussions, and the dynamic atmosphere of the event.

EU.FFICIENT Consortium / European Commission (Horizon Europe)

EU.FFICIENT is a Horizon Europe initiative redefining co-creation practices across sectors by building dynamic Communities of Expert Facilitators. As the project’s Communication Lead, I am responsible for shaping and guiding the communication strategy, ensuring consistency, clarity, and engagement across all channels and stakeholder groups.My creative responsibilities include the full development of the visual identity, as well as the design and production of videos, presentations, infographics, and all promotional materials—both digital and print. The visual language is designed to reflect the project’s values: cross-sector collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
Working alongside a diverse international consortium—spanning academia, industry, and the public sector—I lead efforts to visually communicate the project’s vision of empowering over 8,000 Expert Facilitators across Europe by 2030. My work supports key milestones, including platform launches, thematic community rollouts, and stakeholder engagement activities across 18 EU Member States and Widening Countries.

Art of Making Podcast (2024–ongoing)

Art of Making is a podcast series by EIT Manufacturing that explores the future of the European manufacturing industry through in-depth interviews, expert insights, and inspiring entrepreneurial stories. As a visual identity designer, co-producer, and editor, I played a central role in shaping the podcast’s creative and technical output.
My responsibilities included the development of a distinctive visual identity that reflects the innovative and forward-looking spirit of the podcast, spanning cover artwork, social media assets, and promotional materials. In addition to design, I contributed as a co-producer, supporting the creative direction and content development.

Manufacturing Day 2025

Manufacturing Day 2025, part of ViennaUP, Europe’s largest decentralised startup festival, marked the fifth anniversary of this flagship event celebrating innovation in the European manufacturing ecosystem. With over 500 participants from more than 40 countries, the event brought together startups, industrial leaders, investors, researchers, and policy-makers under the theme: “Collaborate to Innovate.”
For this edition, I was responsible for the complete visual identity and creative direction, covering all digital and print materials—from social media campaigns and website assets to stage visuals, signage, event collateral, and presentation templates. My work ensured a consistent and impactful brand presence across every touchpoint. As part of the core organising team, I supported the event’s planning and execution, from programme development to on-site logistics.

Twin City Future Innovation Manufacturing Hub (2024–2027)

2C FIMH is a cross-border initiative co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), aiming to strengthen innovation in the manufacturing sector across Vienna and Bratislava. The project develops policy recommendations for a transnational innovation strategy and lays the groundwork for the establishment of a binational innovation hub to foster collaboration between academia, industry, and startups.For this strategic initiative, I was responsible for the full visual identity development, including logo design, colour palette, typography, and graphic guidelines tailored for multilingual use and cross-cultural relevance. I also created all print materials, such as brochures, roll-ups, flyers, factsheets, and partner documentation, ensuring visual consistency across project communications. Additionally, I conducted and produced video interviews with project partners, capturing perspectives from institutions such as TU Bratislava, Accent Incubator, SAPIE, and Industry Meets Makers. These recordings form part of the project’s digital storytelling and stakeholder engagement strategy, helping communicate the impact and vision of the Twin City Hub to a wider audience.

In “10 Leadership Lessons Nobody Will Teach You!”, industry expert Hannes Hunschofsky shares personal insights and unconventional truths about leadership—lessons that are rarely found in textbooks but are critical for anyone striving to become a better leader. For this publication, I was responsible for the complete book design and photography, shaping the visual narrative to complement and enhance the author’s experience-based storytelling. My work included layout design, typography, cover and chapter visuals, as well as the creation of a cohesive visual tone that supports the book’s practical, yet reflective content. I also contributed original photography, capturing both conceptual and portrait imagery to align with the key themes—resilience, decision-making, vulnerability, and even leadership lessons inspired by dogs. The visuals helped create an accessible, engaging, and professional reading experience for both aspiring and seasoned leaders.

ICARO‑4 – International Conference on Advances in Radiation Oncology (2025)

ICARO‑4, organised by the IAEA, will take place in Vienna and bring together global experts in radiation oncology, medical physics, and radiation biology to address the latest advancements and pressing challenges in cancer treatment. Building on the legacy of previous editions, the 2025 conference will focus on equitable access to high-quality radiotherapy, emerging technologies, and international knowledge exchange. For this major international event, I developed the complete visual identity, including: • Core branding and design system • Print materials such as brochures, roll-ups, agendas, and speaker cards • Promotional animated videos supporting event awareness and the Virtual Observer campaign • Graphics for web, social media, and participant communication The visual concept was designed to reflect the precision and innovation of modern radiotherapy, while remaining accessible and globally inclusive for a diverse medical audience. With ICARO‑4 set to welcome participants both in person and online, the design materials support clear communication, visual consistency, and a high-impact conference presence.

IAEA IPET-2024 Conference

IPET-2024 – International Conference on Hybrid Imaging, organised by the International Atomic Energy Agency, continues a long-standing series of global conferences focused on advancing nuclear medicine and diagnostic imaging. Building on the legacy of IPET 2007, 2011, 2015, and 2020, this edition highlights the essential role of hybrid imaging—especially SPECT-CT, PET-CT, and PET-MR—in the era of personalised medicine. For IPET-2024, I was responsible for the complete visual identity, covering both print and digital materials across the entire event lifecycle. This included branding, conference programmes, scientific posters, session templates, social media visuals, on-site signage, and all participant-facing materials. The visual system was designed to reflect the conference’s technological sophistication, clinical precision, and global impact. In addition, I co-produced the animated promotional video, introducing the conference themes and inviting participants from across the medical imaging community. The animation was used in marketing campaigns and during the event’s opening sessions. My design and production work supported a multidisciplinary conference aimed at clinicians, radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, and health professionals, with sessions covering cancer care, paediatric imaging, radiopharmaceutical therapy, ethics, education, and patient advocacy.

IAEA IPET-2020 Conference

Organised by the International Atomic Energy Agency, the International Conference on Molecular Imaging and Clinical PET–CT in the Era of Theranostics (IPET-2020) brought together global experts in Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, and Theranostics for a fully virtual edition of this renowned event series. As part of the core creative and organisational team, I was responsible for the development of the conference’s visual identity, including all print and digital materials, ensuring consistency across programmes, speaker visuals, scientific posters, and session assets. I also co-produced the animated promotional video and led the creation of virtual booths and interactive participant experiences, helping translate the depth and professionalism of an international scientific conference into a seamless online environment. In addition to design and production, I actively supported co-organisation tasks, working closely with IAEA teams and partners to ensure a smooth execution of this large-scale event, which featured 20 sessions, 40+ speakers, and 1,000+ minutes of content. IPET-2020 focused on clinical applications in areas such as prostate, breast, lung, thyroid, lymphoma, and paediatric cancers, showcasing cutting-edge innovation in medical imaging and Theranostics.

Zodiac: Zoonotic Disease Integrated Action (2020–ongoing)

Launched in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ZODIAC (Zoonotic Disease Integrated Action) is a global initiative by the IAEA to help Member States detect, monitor, and respond to zoonotic disease outbreaks using advanced nuclear and molecular technologies. The programme supports coordinated research, cross-sectoral training, and international collaboration under the One Health framework. For this high-impact initiative, I developed the main visual theme to communicate ZODIAC’s scientific and policy-oriented focus. This included the design and production of brochures and printed communication materials, aimed at a diverse audience ranging from policymakers and health officials to scientists and partner organisations. The visual concept was crafted to reflect the integrated and collaborative nature of the initiative, bridging veterinary science, public health, and nuclear research. My work supported the project’s mission to raise awareness, promote global readiness, and strengthen scientific capacity in the face of emerging zoonotic threats.

DATA4CIRC (2024–ongoing)

DATA4CIRC is an ambitious Horizon Europe project developing a federated data-sharing framework to advance circular economy practices in European manufacturing. The initiative focuses on enhancing material traceability, enabling secure data exchange, and using AI-powered life-cycle assessments to support sustainable decisions in sectors such as agricultural plastics, electronics, and the automotive industry. As the project’s visual identity designer, I was responsible for creating the complete brand system, including logos, colour palettes, typography, iconography, and visual guidelines tailored for both print and digital use. I also designed a comprehensive UX/UI mockup for the project’s website using Adobe XD, delivering a clear and functional user journey to guide external developers in its implementation. My design work ensures visual clarity and consistency across all communication channels, while supporting the project’s mission to promote interoperability, data security, and workforce upskilling for a circular future.

Data Bites: Insights into Industrial Data Science (2024)

Data Bites is a webinar series hosted by EIT Manufacturing East, designed to deliver expert insights into Industrial Data Science in a compact, accessible format. Focused on topics such as predictive maintenance, AI-enhanced systems, and data-driven optimisation in manufacturing, the series aims to empower participants with actionable knowledge during their lunch break. For this project, I created the entire visual identity, establishing a distinctive and engaging look and feel that reflects the concept of breaking down complex industrial topics into “bite-sized” knowledge. My work included the design and rollout of a comprehensive promotional package, covering digital flyers, social media assets, email visuals, presentation templates, and webinar graphics. The visual concept balanced technical clarity with an inviting, approachable tone to attract a broad professional audience. It supported the event’s goal of making advanced data science concepts digestible for both technical experts and non-specialist stakeholders.
